This year’s theme for our TEDx event, “Wellbeing- The GO2 for Life” succinctly captures this fundamental principle. With this theme, we want students to explore that holistic wellbeing is not just a desirable state but the essential and primary focus for living a truly fulfilling life; that it should be our ‘go-to’ priority, a continuous and active pursuit. We aim to emphasise that wellbeing is the bedrock, the fundamental foundation upon which all other aspects of a good life are built and sustained over time, especially crucial for today’s youth navigating an ever-complex world.
