ESM would like to invite you to take part in after-school activities at The Winchester School, Jebel Ali (WIN).

 

The registrations are online only, and booked only through the ESM website www.esm.ae/active. 

 

Please find attached the Steps to register.

 

To make a booking, please use the existing login details or create a new profile and register your child(ren). Make sure you input all your child(ren) details, select the correct school and year group/class, to be able to view the relevant timetable. Timetables are reflective of the age you submit under your children's details. 

 

After School Activities: TERM 1

Start: 15th September

End: 27th November

*There are NO ASA's during mid-term break in October. This is not included in your payment.

Bookings will open on Friday 29th August, and close on 11th September. No additional bookings will be accepted after this date.

 

The ASA's have been extended to 75 minutes for 2025-26 year. 

⏰ASAs TIMINGS:

From Monday to Thursday

📌FS Children: 12:30 pm – 1:45 pm

📌Primary & Secondary: 2:30 pm – 3:45 pm

💵PRICE: 

📌AED 95/ per session regular price (excluding VAT)

📌Only termly bookings

 

🚌BUS TRANSPORTATION:

📌Bus is provided for regular bus users without additional charge

📌The school bus will depart at 2:20 pm for FS students and at 4:10 pm for the remaining students following the completion of after-school activities.

📌Please ensure to put correct bus number when registering on ESM website

Please note - The below route will ONLY operate on Wednesday and Thursday:

• Al Mira, Remraam, Mudon, Town Square

📌Children must have valid BUS ID on the day of activity. Without bus ID they will not be allowed on bus.

 

🥋ATTIRE & WHAT TO BRING:

📌Dry snacks, fruit and/or sandwiches (No sharing / NUT FREE)

📌Only beverage allowed is Water (refilling available at the school)

📌Comfortable clothing – shorts, T-shirt and trainers, (school PE uniform is also acceptable)
