At Winchester, we seek innovative ways of developing 21st century learners. In continuation of our initiatives for STEAM based learning, our students are given opportunities for participating in the 3rd edition of the Global K12 Design Challenge 2023. This event is held in association with “Drone in schools”.

K12 Design Challenge is aimed at accelerating the practical use of latest technology in aircraft. The aim of the challenge is to encourage young learners to new skills, have fun, and create a futuristic design concept that can change the future of transportation.

The registered students will get an opportunity to:

1. Access a design software

2. 2 days instructor led online sessions. (where they will learn about aircraft and get trained in the design software

(CAD)

3. Certification

4. Participation in Design Challenge 2023

Cost and date of the progarmme are given below.

Primary

Year 5-8 39$ (143 Dirhams)

Secondary

Year 9-13 49$ (180 Dirhams)
